I'm Arnfinn, a product design leader based in Oslo, with a background that moves between brand, digital products, design systems and SaaS platform strategy. For the past five years I led design at EcoOnline, helping turn a fragmented post-acquisition product portfolio into something more coherent: shared navigation, a design system across eight-plus products, platform-first thinking, and AI-assisted workflows. Before that, agency and creative work, rebranding Opera Software, projects at Snøhetta, cultural institutions, global advertising. The thread across all of it is the same: making complexity usable, and making sure the experience holds together at every level.

I care about design that compounds, systems, onboarding, moments of clarity that make people come back. And I think design leadership is mostly about creating the conditions for good work, not doing all of it yourself.
